Try with one stick of ram. Can you be more detailed does it not power on at all or what? did you plug in the 4pin cpu connector?

Edit: I mean the 8pin cpu connector.

Did you plug in the 8Pin cpu connector? maybe a defective mobo?

Try reseting the CMOS. There is a small battery on your motherboard, take it out and unplug the system from the wall. Wait 10mins and put the battery back in. See if that helps. ive had similar issues before.

Did you try to overclock? or is this a new system?

If the motherboard is already in the case take it out put it on the box it came in and make sure you plugin the 24pin connector followed by the 8pin connector add 1 Stick of ram and the GPU if it posts and works its grounding it's self off of your case. If it still does not work I guess it would need to be RMA'd.

the motherboard is powering on, it just isn't posting after that, so it shouldn't be grounding should it?

RAM power supply video card hard drive all confirmed to be working, also I was reading that there is a bios update for version 1.2 which is what enables the error beeping for the motherboard. I wouldn't have this update as I have never gotten the computer to run
