[Build-Log] Project GQ6064 Regeneration

Hello everyobe, this is my VERY FIRST build log, and my first time buildign a computer. I had an old Great Quality 6064 computer from Frys that my brother bought for my family a long time ago, before we upgraded to our HP Pavilion. The specs of the GQ6064 are:
CPU:AMD® Athlon™ XP Processor Model 2200+ (1.80GHz)
RAM:128MB DDR RAM
Hard Drive:40GB Ultra Hard Drive
Graphics:Integrated 64MB AGP Graphics Card
CD Drive:52X CD-RW Drive
Power Supply:250 Watts
Operating System:Windows XP Home Premium
Alright, so these specs just plain SUCK. What do you expect from something that was meant only for surfing the web?
So, now it's time for the new specs of the computer. Almost every part in here is new, and nothing from the GQ6064 will be used except for the case and CD Drive.
CPU:Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz Processor
Motherboard:Intel® Desktop Board D865PERL
RAM:1GB DDR-400 MHz
Hard Drive:Western Digital 320GB SATAII 7200RPM
Graphics:EVGA 512-A8-N405-KR GeForce 6200 512MB 64-bit DDR2 AGP 8X
CD Drive:52X CD-RW Drive (Same from GQ6064)
Power Supply:350 Watts
Operating System:Ubuntu 11.04
Sorry for not having pictures up, I'll try and get those up sometime soon
Hope you guys enjoy this, because I have been the past month, and I hope to finish this project soon.

I have no patience I didn't want to wait for my new AGP card, so I found an older Mobo, put the ram I had, plugged everything back in, and now installing Ubuntu This build was very nerve wracking. I'm glad it's almost overXD

Had a problem with the hard drive, it's saying it's not reading. After waiting an hour on Ubuntu to install, I got an error. I did some searching around in our Recovery Disks drawer, and found the recovery disk for GQ6064 with Windows XP, but another problem with the hard drive. I paid $50 for it, and now it's $79 on Newegg for the bare drive. F. M. L

I'm pretty mad at the prices. As I said to a friend earlier, "DAMN YOU, MOTHER NATURE!!!" But I got $100 for my birthday, and I'm most likely buying a new HDD or the NZXT Phantom for my Gaming Computer

This one was pretty scary, but not all of it has been working out for me. I'm just waiting for the situation in Thailand is over so I can finish it.
