How you Opt out?

Well, in Verizon's defense, they sent out an email when this was rolled out a few weeks back and that email had a direct link to the opt out page. Just saying.

Just out of curiosity, did the email tell you how to opt out of it? Like I said before in my OP I don't use Verizon in any way, so this could be useful information for me, and to any others who might be interested.
