Deathadder BE or Zowie EC2/EC1 /help

Hi, can someone help me to make decision wich mouse should I buy:

Razer Deathadder BE 3.5g
or
Zowie Gear EC1
or
/EC2
(I think I should chose the 'ec2' over 'ec1' because it's more similar to abyssus wich's shape I like. Too bad I can't touch it...)

My hands are not that really big (abyssus = perfect size for me). I know Zowie has some predicion but I heard it's not to big, so for me it's not that real problem.

What would you choose? I know that razers are so damageable, but on the other hand they're good mice, so should I take a risk?

I would like to see some cons/pros of this mice compared. Cheers guys, w8ing for some suggestions. smile.gif

I'd choose the DeathAdder because I don't like prediction. If prediction isn't an issue for you, then get whatever is cheaper imo.

The 3500 sensor ends up to be than the 1800 DA though. I know you can tone it down to 1800, but on my DA 3G, Razer drivers don't work at all. It says "no mouse found". Still the same stuff over years. Can't update firmware either. For that reason... IDK. The DA BE is a better one, but those Zowie's are nice as well. Thought about looking at eBay? You can find different variations of IE 3.0 (Zowie Gold colored, Legends Edition etc.), older DeathAdder 3G's or stuff like Revoltec mice. I'd give this thread a read on the DA;

I have already read that thread... but I'm feeling bad about razer's stuff... I heard that they are just spoiling often and there is a lot of problems it.

I think I will go for zowie, the prize is higher like $6, so it isn't too much. I haven't decided yet but I really like this mouse.

And I'm not really going to buy mouse from ebay, cause shipping to Poland could cost me a lot...

Zowie EC1 and the EC2 are the exact same shape, the only difference between the two are the sizes. EC1 is about the size of a deathadder, and EC2 is closer to the size of a IMO 1.1.

Which you want is up to you. wink.gif

Personally i'd grabbed the deathadder, it's one of Razer's only products that I've noticed that has good quality control.

Yes, most the time build quality tends to be on the junk side with Razer stuff. They have an accurate laser sensor and are ergonomic/good looking though. My Habu (which I liked a lot) died after 3.5 years. Stopped clicking. You can get the Zowie, but if you dig out eBay, you can find some lesser known, interesting stuff. wink.gif

The DeathAdder doesn't use a laser sensor.
