They peddle this crap at their retail level too. A 16GB Touchpad was available, but it was 179 with some terrible off-brand case and keyboard. I get it, but really, it just seems petty and annoying. I live 5 minutes away from one, and I still drive 45 minutes to go to Microcenter all the time.

Wow, so they are taking a $150 tablet, adding ~$70 worth of crap and selling it for $280 (plus tax and maybe shipping?)?

can you get it now for 150? didnt think so.
meaning its worth more then that, and even at 280 it will sell out in minutes.

I am well aware what these are selling for on e-bay and craigslist, but they were selling them for $150 retail everywhere brand new a month ago, and it is what HP has valued them at for retail.
TD got these from HP with HP pricing them to sell at $150.
TD is just bundling them so they can tell HP "Hey, were selling the touchpad for $150, but including a lot of stuff with it, that is why it is more".
If it was priced more at $230 with all the stuff, fine, that is what it is worth.

If you want it for $280 (and I know many will, I am sure it will sell out in a few minutes), fine, but it is not worth it to me.

Last I checked hp sold their second batch for higher than 150. These are worth the price because they will sell out. It just isn't worth it to me at anything over 150.
