I suggest a p67 mobo. I know its more but if you OC you will be happy.

What about a ATI gpu then?

I not going overclock it . But h67 can fully support a i5 2500k , just worry if i miss out some feature since p67 is newer board.

If you are not going to overclock there is no point in getting such a processor. They are made to be overclocked and overclocking them is the easiest thing to do.
If you are absolutely positive you are not going to overclock, then you could save some money and go with an h67 mobo.

If you're not overclocking, there's no point in getting a 2500K. It's a purely an overclocker's chip. You would be better off saving money by getting an i3 2100 now, then possibly upgrading to Ivy Bridge if you're not satisfied with the performance.

Currently i using a core 2 duo comp with 2.87ghz(around that)so i tot 3.3ghz is enough for me and it can boots up to 3.7ghz, that should be more than enough for me right ? I quite new to this , so not yet planning on overclock , does overblocking really make much different ??

It makes a world of a difference in raw throughput. The 2500K runs at 3.3GHz stock. Slap on a $20 heatsink and you can EASILY overclock to 4.5GHz. You can do the math on how much faster that is.

But... if you're just gaming and web browsing, it won't make a noticeable real world difference.

Yes, overclocking makes a difference. I took the liberty of making a build for you for best performance per $ ratio which comes around to $1,309.96 before shipping.

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Shopping/Shopp...82E16817151088 (You could get a cheaper one if you'd like.)

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119225 (You can change this if you like.)

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127588

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231308

MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131771

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115072

BOOT SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148447 (You don't need one but it will make a big difference.)

CPU COOLER: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835181017 (You could go for a cheaper high quality air cooler if you wish.)

We would be more than happy to help you overclock as it stands this is the best bang for buck.

You don't necessarily have to buy from Newegg but it's a great template of what you should be looking for.

Edit: forgot about storage HDD's you might want to wait for those to drop down in price since the recent flooding.

Edit Edit: Forgot PSU sorry.
