Yes because each psu will have difference efficiency that's why there is 80+, bronze, silver gold.

Your psu converts ac current to dc current for you components, but it losses a few watts in transition. So you whole system might draw 200w in in the components itself , But from the wall it might draw 240 W.

You can never go wrong with 650w. It handles nearly everything. (and they're not even expensive)

I went with that antec gamer listed above. Got an awesome deal on. Thanks for help guys.

Just FYI im pulling around 370w folding gpus and and smp. I think while gaming I saw it at 39x. Haven't seen it break 400w yet.
