You can't run a graphics card on an ultra thin HTPC anyway or you would resort to one of the numerous quiet, higher performance coolers available. Since the case would have to be at least as thick as the GPU + Motherboard.
These are for people who want to use the on-board graphics power of the CPU, which is plenty for just playing back Blu-Rays and such. There's no need for a GPU in an HTPC.
I welcome this cooler, although I'll wait to hear about its cooling performance before I would recommend it to anyone.
