There's a huge ethical issue here, if this is allowed then what's stopping them from making a "hostage torture" cinematic (possibly with children in them) for the next CoD?
This game is going to be rated 18 everyone buying it will have seen much worse images than this as it's not even graphic. There is massive gap between this video and seeing someone tortured.
They wouldn't have added this to make the game more realistic, they probably added to work the gamer up or just for the sake that they could. Improving graphics doesn't
increase immersion. FACT!
