Very very odd pc freezing issue. - Page 2

"My CPU is clocked a bit". Throw it back to default settings and see if the freezes stop. It could very well be an unstable overclock.

Otherwise, I'd bet my money on just general garbage built up over time in the registry and such, and it's just time for a reformat.

Oh no the clock is stable, tested with prime95 for more then 24 hours a couple of months ago. The temperatures of everything is fine aswell.

But ye, will probably reformat.

It could be the PSU, same thing happened to me and I swapped the psu and everything worked fine. Try registry cleanup and hard drive de-frag 1st thou. Also check for bad sectors on your hard drive.
