maybe 1 degree
ran my hyper 212+ with an extra CM Sickle flow 2000rpm with the stock one and maybe VERY little difference, IMO not worth the extra noise

I found it helped me out on my old 1090t, idle it was only a 1c or 2c drop but at load it was around a 5c drop which helped me stay in the low 40's. If you don't have a fan controller you can always use the SpeedFan application to control the rpm, just bump it up when you need it. Good luck mate!

well i guess u could get the sickle flows, there relatively cheap compared to other fans, i forgot about OCing, a second fan would help noticeably more on load than idle

What are your temps now? Installed mine last week and made additional system changes:
-removed unused expansion slot covers
-added bottom case intake fan
noise levels are around the same and my temps shifted as such:
OLD (covers on, no fan): idle 36'C, Load 54'C
Current: idle 27'C, Load 47'C (average gaming is around mid 30's, unless my gpus kick up to 85'C)
This is all with just 1 fan, if your temps are bad I would look at changing things up internally in your case, but I dont think the extra fan will change much. Let us know what you end up doing and results!
