I have two Gigabyte GTX 570's, believe them to be the same, BUT I am not 100% sure, how can I find out?

Gigabyte has so many different GTX570's, but would it make much dif. any way?

Revision A, B etc.
Model #
and Part #

Easiest way to tell, this is usually located on the PCB or on the barcode label on the card.

And really I dont feel there would be much difference unless they were the same model but a different revision, in which case it would mean at some point they tweaked the hardware because of some issue or other that had been reported.
