Do you guy enable or disable superfetch, prefetch in win7 ?

are there any other services that are good to disable in win7?

I keep it enabled. It makes a noticeable difference on boot with my system. ATI tray tools and CCC are loaded as soon as I see the desktop.

Once booted does it cause any lag in the system and/or while gaming?

No, not really. If anything it loads programs faster based on how often you use them.

Ok, thank you. Any other services I should kill?

It really depends on what you use/don't use. I used to disable services and what not with XP and it would make a pretty big difference. With 7, I've found disabling services really doesn't have that much of an impact.
And that's on an older system. - Sig rig -

Your system should have no problem at all with services. Are you having problems with lag, or are you just trying to squeeze more out of it?

Enabled, even if you have the OS installed on a SSD.
