This kind of pic...

i think you have to set the exposure to very long with a lower iso at like 400 then have a a couple flashes going off at the end of the foto not at the begging of it... any suggestions or links to where i could find some more advanced stuff...?( anything im no pro at all just have enough time to go out and wait for hours on end to take tons of pictures..but get burnt out easily with it..)

Any advice even if its go back to the book with your camera and read once again ill take that as advice..thanks again..
Im loving this t2i btw with 50mm 1.8 and my 10-17 tokina..

Why would you think you need flashes?

What he said. There's no reason to even need flashes. It looks like a simple long exposure mounted on a stable tripod.

Also keep in mind when we say "tripod", we don't mean the rickety cheap Walmart ones. Those aren't stable and you will get movement in your long exposures, especially in the wind.

The tripod part i know all to well...Im saving right now for a very heavy but Stable and Sturday strong tripod that i know will be worth the money and can hold the weight and not budge from a small wind...

Thanks again guys this will help ten fold to get better at photography

On a side note, When he showed me this I honestly clapped going *U*K YA,
