2 240 rads on side door of HAF 932

So I was planning to run a double loop inside of my HAF 932. My existing loop cools my CPU and my GTX 570. I'm planning to use RX240s and a set of AP-15s, potentially in p/p if I have the clearance, and a DCP2.0 with the combo res in order to build another loop for another 570 and change my existing loop to cool my CPU, northbridge, southbridge, RAM, and harddrives (and before you ask: because I can).

I have a couple of questions:

- What quick disconnects do people recommend and are there any caveats to using them that I should know about? I'm playing with the idea of putting the side door on hinge so that the tubing can't be ripped out accidentally (just leave enough play in the tubing running to/from the rads to make sure there's no accidents), but if I don't do that, or even if I do, I'm most likely going to want quick disconnects.

- What would be the optimal block order for this setup? I was thinking res->pump->GPU->rad->GPU->rad. Would another order be better, for example res->pump->GPU->GPU->rad->rad (to cut down on tubing)?

- Has anyone seen a full block for my mobo (MSI P67A-GD65)? Using 3 seperate blocks for my NB, SB, and Vreg seems a bit...kludgy.

Regarding your Quick Disconnect question:-

Here is a review of several QDCs:

This was the review that I read before I bought my QDCs a couple years ago. I bought Koolance VL2N series (as my loop is ID 6mm) and I can (subjectively) now that these are quality and good devices. The No-Spill Shutoff does work perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

As for your loop, you would probably need the VL3N series (for ID = 13mm =1/2 " ).

Regarding the loop order:-
I think if you use two cards in SLI, the SLI connector almost always dictate that you use res->pump->GPU->GPU->rad->rad as it is not convenient to put a rad in between the two GPUs.

Thanks for the link. I'm glad to see that my Google fu is still working properly. After doing some light Googling around, I couldn't find any companies that did QDCs besides Koolance and Colder either.

Might want to take a look at this. More specifically post #13. Looks like he did it without QDCs but I think that would be a better idea. Also, says you might have to do some modding on the screw holes for the fans which makes sense as the radiators are a little wider that the fans themselves.
