Is this a decent OC?

3ghz @ 1.25Vcore
It's an unlocked phenom fx 5000. Haven't had to adjust the stock Vcore, and it's stable on P95 so far. How much further do you think I can push it without raising the voltage? I'm afraid to try, lol.

I dont know much about AMD chips but I would think you should try for MOAR, maybe 3.8Ghz - 4Ghz lol. I got my i7 930 to 4Ghz easily with 1.28V, but after that to 4.2Ghz Prime95 Stable required 1.41v if that helps.

The multi is locked at 11x, so no way I'm I getting to 4ghz Wish I had an i7. I'm thinking around 3.3-3.4 ghz. Testing now..

You can hit this little guy to 3.5GHz. Remember your max temp is 62'C(Core not CPU). 1st Stay Below 60'C(to be safe). 2nd you have maximum safe 7/24 voltage of 1.55v. 3rd Till 1.5v you can reach 3.8GHz. But if you want to stay on 1.4Xv try 3.5GHz with 1.475v if it's stable drop voltage to 1.4625v and if that's stable to 1.45v (remember you need to put CPU NB voltage to 1.3v to get thoose speeds). Also Stay with 2 times droped HT and finally drop ram speed 2 times ( when cpu had overclock it will increase back again ) and set the ram voltage to 1.7/1.75v (max safe 1.9v without cooling) and YOU'RE DONE! ^^
