Hi, that system is EPIC and should be able to run almost all games on high, no worries. I'd think of using an i7 2600k and a z68 mobo insted of a bulldozer, the sandybridge are quicker and about the same speed.

Ditch the FX-8150 unless you want an overpriced CPU that doubles as a heater.

Get the 2500K.

Also, you don't need anything more than a quality 500w PSU like a seasonic X560/M12-II 520w.

For memory just get some 1600MHz ripjaws, High frequency/low latency stuff isn't worth paying for on 1155 as the performance gains are near 0.

as well as dumping the XtremeGear power supply for a beter brand as corsair 750 or something.
Hard Drive: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Hard Drive)
just a suggestion its your coin but i had that cooler and it was not very good.

i would go for i5 2500k as the CPU.

and, if possible, try to get a LITTLE stronger GPU. 6870 will do, imo.

everything else seems on spot.

Another prebuilt...

Just build your own and save yourself from xtremegear's profit margins.

Unless you are grabbing RAM modules that are above 2GHz in clock speed, you should not even consider bulldozer. Grab a 2500k instead. Then you can spend more on your GPU, effectively giving much more performance then what the bulldozer was going to add to the system.

HD6870 and how about a Scythe Ninja3, Noctua D14 or whatever the cool kids are using these days?

And I guess you should probably get some MX-4 (or again whatever the cool kids are using these days) for the TIM if you're going to be spending this kind of money on a new rig.

this is a good build. unlike the other people's replys i actually own the amd fx-8150 and it is a very powerfull proccesser. it surpasses any i7 that you can buy. especily when overclocked. if you hook up the liquid cooling there will be no heat. just the case fans alone will reduce almost all of the heat from the cpu. the graphics card is a good card for its price. it is the same one that i own and i can play any game that i own. (including battlefield 3 and crysis 2) this is a very good gaming rig and i dont think you will have any problam playing games, editing hd video, graphic design or whatever you will do for a very long time.
