You need a Silver kill coil.
dump the coolant it will only give you problems down the road use distilled water
and your good to go.
I like the Raystorm better

I love the look of the Apogee HD. I was between these same two CPU Blocks and went with the Raystorm for availability last week, as I did not want to wait for the HD. The Apogee HD would have gone great with my snow edition L10GT though. Pretty pleased with the Raystorm, have my i5 750 at about 4GHz at the moment, temps running low 40s.

I also got the EXs in the same sizes, and just finished my build. I had no hitch's and I'm loving the Level10 GT love.

Los Hog, what about using distiller water and pt nuke? My tube is already UV blue.
Pgnee, do you think I should go with the apogee hd? It's fairly new and I can't find any benchmarks yet or comparisons, sadly. Yeah, I can't wait to build in this level 10 GT (snow edition)!
Yes distilled and ptnuke is just like distilled and kill coil. Just make sure as time goes on and in a few months and you add more distilled, you add more pt nuke.

Kill coils are easier, you don't have to do anything with them, just leave them in the loops.

If I were to use coils, how many would I need? Also, do I just place in a reservoir and will it erode as time goes by?
1 coil, in the res. Lasts forever(or close to it).

Even if you drain the loop and refill it all you have to do is make sure the kill coil is still in the res. No maintenance.

The heck, lol. That sounds pretty handy! Would it be bad to have more than one in the loop? 1 doesn't sound sufficient enough, haha.
By the way, do you know of any good fan controller with temp readings, or without the temp.
anyone else want to mention the gfx manufactor has added if removed warrent void stickers on the back x clamp for stock cooling and only way to get around it is sending the card plus block to them to have them change it out.

1 coil is all you need. That's it. I mean i guess you can put 2 it won't hurt.

I prefer Lamptron fan controllers. There style/quality is worth it IMHO. The FC6 is nice.
