anyhow, let me show you a system that is fairly similar to the OP's specs(actually it is slightly higher power consumption
Comparing Phenom II 955 to I7 920 on power draw
now look at GTX 260 and HD 6870
with that data in mind, we could assume that this test would project a similar result of a Phenom II 955 and HD 6870
a system consisting of i7 920, GTX 260, 3x 1GB 1333 Ram, 7200rpm drive, 1 120mm case fan, and a 550w psu
as you can see, under real world, the power consumption would be below 300w while doing some video or processor intensive task
now when you go for the absolute max power consumption(running prime95 and furkmark both at the same time) the power consumption just reach 370w in which will never be even close on real world scenario
the rosewill psu have almost exact internals as the Nexus Value 430 which receives high praises because of high efficiency(above 80%) and low very low ripple even at full load +12V Ripple: 58mV max @ 430W
so the rosewill psu is more than enough to handle the system its intending to use, in fact he has alot of headroom!
