That is what a Mac runs on... Wow you're thick...

Yes, but Mac is its own OS. Linux is Unix based, as well. Are you trying to say "if Unix=Mac, and Unix=Linux, then Mac=Linux"? You are as sharp as a bowling ball. I say again, you are not as smart as you think you are. You are probably the big turd in a little toilet that everyone thinks is a guru at home but in reality you're not nearly as bright as you think you are. You really do fit the stereotypes perfectly.

Your childish name calling is now your attempt to defend your statement that *nix is dumbed down? I'm sorry but I enjoy my full fledged BSD with a nice GUI on top. MS-DOS isn't exactly useful, now is it? Just because you don't know how to do anything beyond clicking menus in Windows, doesn't mean you should try to spew non-sense about something you clearly have no clue about. I don't need to run an emulator to use my *nix apps. Use something besides Windows your whole life and you might actually learn something.

I was using DOS 2.11 on an old IBM with a monochrome monitor. You seriously have a problem with assumption. Maybe that's why you always end up the lone ranger in threads defending BS that no one else agrees with. And as far a name calling, you tried to imply that I was on the technical level as your great grandmother from your first response. And I like how you dodged the point about OS comparison. And FYI, I dual boot with Linux. Assume some more; it's a great alternative for facts and logic!

oh kiddo.... You dual-boot with Linux... Obviously you have no idea how to actually use it beyond "dual-booting" it. And you bring up the fact that you used Dos... Is that supposed to make you seem like you have any clue about how software works? Anyways, your assumption that Unix=Linux is your own ignorant statement, not mine. Which is why I have nothing to say but laugh at that statement and everything else you post. OCN is full of console noobs and Windows PC Gamers like yourself who have no clue about computers. There's plenty more where you came from. Most people just ignore you people, which leads to what my problem is I suppose.
