How to force a game to use my desktop's color settings?

Thread Starter
So when I launch Killing Floor in full screen I noticed that the in game browsers was hard to look out, the white of google's homepage was terrible.

So I enabled windowed mode, now it uses Windows desktop settings.

How do I do that in game without window mode? Thanks

I am using an ATi HD5850 btw.
