Z68-V vs Z68X-UD3H?

Hey guys, which of these combo deals is the best? The only difference is the motherboard.

I will be having ONE GTX 580 along with this, 2 front panel USB 3.0 on my case, 2x HDD and 1x DVD. I want to overclock my CPU and GPU but won't be going SLI. If I've missed out any other relevant info just let me know!

I can't really see the difference between the two boards, but I don't really know much at all about motherboards.

So what is the difference between them? Or are they identical, just from different manufacturers?

Thanks for the help!

Oh btw I have looked at the comparison thread btw. The only difference I could see was that the Asus had bluetooth and 12 phase rather than 6 phase.

I figure I must be missing something though, otherwise why would they be the same price?
