Z68X-UD-B3 issue?

So, I've got some issue's since I have this mobo and I think it's not the software to blame.
Sometimes I had issue's with my PC running and stuff stopped responding. For example: I started a program, it didn't open or a program that was running doesn't respond. Everything still functions, I can open the other opened programs, but I can't do anything with them neither (for example: I got Chrome open and I open a new tab, want to go to a webpage but it doesn't respond there).
It was better for a while, I had it a few more times, but now I need to use SQL Server 2008 for school. I have been trying for 3 days to restore all my Databases but everytime I restore one, the issue's from above start. The program stops responding, I can still change to other programs, task manager won't open, CTRL+ALT+DEL shows "Setting up Security stuff" all the time and can't out of it once I have done that,...
And when it's stuck, it reset the computer (can't do anything else) and a few times I came into a bootloop for about 5 times (and it shows an error to restore the BIOS to certain features after 5 failures).
Oh, and alot of times, my Lycosa USB keyboard doesn't even work when it's booting and I want to go in the BIOS (USB Legacy is on...).

You guys got any fixes? I personally think something is wrong with the motherboard

Sometimes its tricky to get into the bios, personally I press the key rapidly until I actually see the message change to "Entering setup."

it kind of looks like it may be a corrupt os, or something wrong with the hdd. kind of having a hard time reading what you typed =O

also avoid using your reset button (couldnt tell if u said you did)
causes boot loop

I'm sorry, I'm jumping around because I don't know how to explain
I'll try again.
Sometimes my computer starts acting stupid: when I'm doing something in an application, the application doesn't respond anymore (and sometimes windows doesn't always show that it stopped responding), but the rest sort of does. I can change to an other application but again I can't do anything inside that application. Only solution is to restart and sometimes I end up in a bootloop.

For example (this happened like 30 minutes ago):
I'm restoring databases in SQL Server. While I'm selecting my second database to restore, the program stops responding. This time Windows tells me the application stopped responding (just in title bar (not responding)).
If I want to open my Task Manager, it doesn't show it. If I change to Chrome, it changes but I can't surf to an other webpage (I can't go from Youtube to Facebook for example). And if I finally hit CTRL+ALT+DEL, the screen shows up but it keeps hanging on "Setting up safe environment" (or something like that). The only solution is to reset the computer and sometimes I end up in a bootloop (more than 5 times, as the BIOS shows it).

I hope I explained it better now

I'd make a fresh install of Windows onto a second partition and see if the problems go away.
