6950 TF2 unlocked + oc

Hi!

I can either buy a used 6950 2gb sapphire reference (has warranty) or a new 6950 2gb tf2(this is ~70$ more) .

At the moment I am set on the tf2 since it's also unlockable and has a better cooling solution. Problem is, in this review http://lab501.ro/placi-video/msi-twin-frozr-ii-oc-n570gtx-si-r6950/5 , they state that msi uses 6800 pcb design for the 6950 tf2 with 4+1 power phases and that it wouldn't be safe to unlock.

I plan to unlock the shaders and oc as much as it can go.

Will the power phase hold ?
Would the temps on the unlocked+oc reference card be on the safe side ?
What would you choose and why ?

Hold on a min, the TF2 was designed for OCing, I can't believe that MSi would use insufficient power phases on a card like this headscratch.gif

In the end I went with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131393&Tpk=powercolor%206950 , because from what i read it has 6+1 power phase using the same Magic R19 as the TF2
