Steam support responded to me next day when I had a problem with Skyrim not showing up on my library when it was gifted to me. I guessing since its sunday they will take a little bit longer, but just be patience.

given that they only suspended your account and not outright banned it, you should be in the clear in the next couple of days

you should complain on the steam forum, steam people are always on there and responds more quickly

I've always had good experiences with Steam Support. I got a response the same day

I think, given the circumstances, they would unban your account. You might just have to provide a LOT of evidence in your favor to show that you aren't just lying to them and fabricated this ridiculous story

Explain them what happened, Steam probably won't respond to you on a Sunday, they normally take 1-2 days to respond a ticket, but in my opinion they have a great customer support service.

I am quite sure they will just unban your account and remove the game from your account, just explain them what happened, and I'm sure you'll get it back.

A reason why I don't buy games from Ebay. If you are unlucky you might end up buying a very good copy of a pirated game. Calipso is probably right.

I have never downloaded a pirated game or program ever in my life, its just not something I want to mess with. I don't know what evidence they would want. I mean the guy on ebay refunded the money immediately, and asked me to cancel the transaction on ebay as well.

take screenshots of whatever conversation you had with the seller on ebay and give them that.
