More then 90 degrees for hours on end is not adviseable.
IBT or LinX with 20 to 50 runs wont take hours and since this software creates the highest amount of heat, more then P95 you will never run 90 degrees for hours on end. With P95 for hours on end i would advise to stay under 85 degrees
If you stay under 90 degrees with IBT or LinX you are sure that nothing else will ever get it past 90 degrees.
I get 79 degrees with LinX and 75 degrees with P95, gaming just 55 to 59 degrees max @ 4,6 with 1.362v
@ 4850mhz and 1,45v i get 86 degrees in LinX and 81 degrees in P95
1 more thing, we all know P95 is the best stability test for sandybridge BUT Linx+AVX is a very good way to test your cooling set-up, nothing can create more heat then LinX i think. I find LinX also very nice to find me a max overclock... 20 runs stable ? up the multi, up the Vcore and when you found the overclock you want to have test it with P95. This is much faster then running P95 for hours and hours on every setting.
