Please help! Prime95 BSOD on stock settings!

Thread Starter
I don't understand why. Been running memtest for 10 hours now and nothing so far. Prime95 failed after only around 4 hours on stock settings. My set up is in my sig, but some other things worth mentioning: my p8z68 on stock undervolts my ram and changes it from 1600mhz to 1333mhz. also, I had already overclocked without doing prime95 and got my cpu up to 5.0ghz with a volt of 1.5, then went down to 4.8ghz and volt of 1.4. Hopefully that didn't affect my computer as that only lasted for about 15 min at the most. Any ideas?

manually enter RAM specs or select an XMP profile for 1.5v/1600mhz. also what is your CPU VID at stock/default settings?
