What should AMD Mobile ( Yukon ) CPU temprature be? 65C average too hot for latop?

i was experiencing random shutdowns and black screens from my AMD codename YUKON CPU in my laptop. I checked the temp and its at 65c AVERAGE!! ( 65 Cecilius ) on normal use workload. Its an HP notebook, does anyone know if that is too hot for a laptop processor to be? i know desktop PCs are alot cooler than 65C.

btw: i noted that the TJmax says 115C, i am no way near close to 115c ; as the max i have hit with the CPU on heavy load is 71c (which i personally think is hot, but i'm used to desktops).

Mobile chips are rated to higher Tjunctions than desktops chips are 65C is quite acceptable. I would investigate RAM or other loose components.

No need for a reinstall, just make sure the RAM is fully seated, and then test each stick with memtest.
