IME 3.0 tracks really well on a puretrak talent. Talent has a lot of glide. It's really effortless, especially if you add some good skates to the equation. IMO it's the best clothe pad on the market. I don't think you can get similar silky smooth glide except on some hard pads. It's just smooth, but not slippery. Pretty awesome pad.

Edit: Also, for an optical mouse, puretrak Talent is a nobrainer. Possibly the only downside is just how absolutely MASSIVE the pad is.

smoother mousepad i've ever tried, like 2x the speed of the qck. Some models are hilly due to the rubber base (i have 2 and one of them has 3-4 bumps in certain spot) but they aren't noticiable while gaming.

deathadder + hyperglides + talent is a pretty damn nice combo.

keep in mind that glide can really be affected by moisture, so if your hand sweats a lot and/or air humidity is high in your room it may feel very SLOW.

Can't recomend any other clothpad, titan is on the slow side, qck fnatic+ makes my wrist sticky every time i plant it, same for coolermaster CSX-DP2, hien pads make me want to hold the mouse a slighty different albeit vey uncomfortable way because their surfaces feel very rough for my fingers.

Maybe i would recomend zowie G-TF speed version but I haven't tried this pad yet, regular G-TF developed smooth spots rather quickly so glide became inconsistent and sluggish, not to mention i could never make its ****ty base stick to my desk properly.

The puretrak talent i have is pretty bumpy, so it will be hit and miss with those. It is definitely smoother than my Qck heavy. if you can ignore bumps, its a good pad.

One thing i didn't like about the talent was that either your skin sticks to the surface when its sweaty, or it makes your sweat more than the Qck heavy. I never had any problems with stickiness on the qck.
