Need help to chose new pc

Hello, today my pc stopped working, so no more amd for me! so i am going over to intel but need som help first

Prossesor: Intel Core i5 2500K
Motherboard:
Graphics:
Ram: g.skill
Psu: Corsair AX 750W
Hdd: ssd (got that one)

i want a future proof pc as i am going to get the new amd graphic series and also ivy, so i need a motherboard that supports that. so i have been looking on:
ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3, ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3, Asus P8Z68 Deluxe/GEN3.
should i chose one of them? and who? or shuld i chose another one?
also i need a cheap grahics card, becouse as i said i am going to change over too the 7000 seires, i just need something that was better then i had before, and i had 5770 in crossfire, so should i get a 6850 or somthing? also is the psu overkill? thanks for all help

The motherboards you've listed are all pretty high-end grade boards with all the bells and whistles from their respective manufacturers. Any of them will do fine.

Your PSU is fine, I'd say a 750w is a safe enough investment for any future upgrades. You will not need a 750w PSU for what you're building now but if you intend on upgrading to higher end parts (say, a video card) then I don't see why not.

If you get a Z68 motherboard, then you won't need a graphics card, since you can use the integrated graphics. Mind you they aren't very good graphics (absolutely will not work for games), but you could possibly lay off gaming until the 7000 series come out.

why did your old pc stop working ? also if the board or chip is broken you could still use your old gpu for now until the new generation off gpu are out also the intel ivybridge is coming out soon

whoa don't count out integrated lol while I agree with your statements it can be used to play games just at a low res :-P I played bf3 on integrated. But in all seriousness grab a decent card unless you have to play on ultra everything.

If you are getting a Z68 board, I would get a mobo with actual video output. As that is a big reason why we get it right? The Asus Deluxe doesnt come with video output, which means when your GPU dies, you wont have anything to plug your monitor into.

The 2 Asrock boards, however do have video output.

I have the Asrock E7 as you can see below, and here are my small opinions on it.

Pros:
Good looking (very!)
Gen3 ready
You can tell everything is of very high quality
USB 3.0 front panel included (can be turned into back panel)
tons of SATA ports
OCing is dead easy and stable
16x/16x 2 way SLI
If I'm not wrong, Tri SLI allows 3 dual slot cards with 1 slot in between each one. I might be wrong.

Cons:
Lack of fan headers: If you have 4 of more fans, you will need Y-fan splitters
Lack of PS/2 port for keyboards like SS 7G that has NKRO
The board looks black normally under normal light, but under direct light, it is actually a very dark brown (doesnt really matter to me)
If you have a dual slot card at the top PCI-e 16x slot, the clip which slides side-to-side(most mobos use the push down and up clip) to hold the card in the PCI slot will be hard to access as the mobo heatsink is quite tall. (only matters if you are the type to remove your GPU all the time)

You know, if you just want a decent GPU that will last you till the next gen cards, a used 5850 is ideal. They are quite cheap right now, less than half the price of a 560ti, and is more than adequate to play games like BF3 even, on med-high settings.

I've got the fatl1ty board and I cah highly recommend it! Everything you could need from a mobo to be fair. Plus it looks pretty badass in my opinion. Overclocking made easy!
