Hey guys. Over in the Gigabyte 990FXA Owners Club we have had some interesting discussion/Debate. The topic is 990FX north bridge temps. We have some people freaking out over the temps their boards are reaching under load and at idle. I have been assured by Gigabyte that temps of 60c are normal, and are "within spec". However after doing multiple google search's I cant find ANYTHING about the tech specs of the 990FX NB temps. I have however found that other boards also hit temps in the 50's or 60's at full load and is seemingly normal.
So I ask you fellow OCN'er's what are your temps on your NB? If you don't mind posting what board your using, and temps you get on your chipset along with at what voltage your getting those temps it would be great! Thank you for your time
I'll start it off. Baord is in my sig rig.
Board: 990FXA-UD3
Temps: Idle low 40's upper 30's, Load 55-57c
Voltage: Stock
Clcok: Stock
