The only ones that could match the likes of Phanteks, Noctua, and Thermalright are H80 and the H100, but they're just as expensive (or more-so)- that's if you don't buy fans that aren't noisy as hell!

One last thing make sure your ram is 1.5v instead of 1.65 its recommened for sandy bridge cpu's. It gives you more headroom to overclock it and tighten your timings to increase performance. Good luck, hopefully I helped somewhat.

Thermalright silver arrow I think is one of the best performing air coolers on the market and will beat any closed loop water cooling setups.

So my RAM should be good? I got this from the product page "Available with two voltage editions of 1.5v and 1.35v, Vengeance Low Profile heat spreaders have a reduced height of 1.03" (26.25mm). They're designed for high-performance systems with extra-large CPU coolers"

Looking forward to seeing the pics and follow-up entries!

We've got similar taste... I'm ordering a nearly identical system shortly. In fact, I almost purchased all my parts just an hour ago. Unfortunately they ran out of stock on the 570 PE/OC, so I'll wait 'til that's back in stock.

Cheers!

Haha good to hear! Wow they ran out of the 570 PE/OC? Talk about timing. Somebody above is watching out for me, haha.

And yes, prepare yourself for a massive amount of pictures

looking forward to it. I've got a similar build line up except i'm probs gonna be waiting for the Ivy bridge next year. But everything else is fairly similar

Just with the H100, Silver arrow and NHD14 thing, Cost to performance ratio the silver arrow and NHD14 defs beats the H100 but it's a matter of personal preference with people wanting to have big CPU coolers occupying the mobo. (aesthetics basically)

I personally considered all three of those coolers but settled with a H100 cause it'll look neater? i guess. personal preference like i said.

PICTURESS!!! gogogogo

Hehe, soon enough my friend. I'm going to stick with the CM 212 EVO that's already on it's way for now. I only plan on OC'ing to something like 4.4-4.5ghz to run 24/7 stable. I'm not going to do any kind of major OC, at least for the time being. If I eventually need to upgrade, I will.
