The CPU is fast enough to make up for the difference. Even if you did 580 SLi instead of 570's, you still would have seen a significant difference. It's not something like a P4 that'd lead to an obvious CPU slowdown. The only difference is, as said before, a faster CPU will get you some more frames (a few, ten, twenty more or so). The idea is to shoot for a faster GPU setup instead of CPU. That's what matters.
