the problem with that it's when you turn off the computer it'll suck air back into the loop, you'll either have to make sure the level of the water will always be above blocks or rads so they don't get air in them every time you turn off your computer of use a check valve of some kind, or run the inlets up the sides from the bottom in chambers or tubes so when the equalize with the res water level, they won't suck air back into the loop

i wanted a custom case... and a new res.. so i thought of making a case with a res in it. and as far as air going into the lines.. i didn't think of that but i will try to find some sort of automatic valve where water can only go one way but it closes when there is no pressure.

Dont listen to that, its bosh. My res sits at the bottom of the loop and the tubes stay full when its off (which isnt much) and the highest block is around 8" higher than the highest barb on the res, and its not 'full to the top' either. Hydraulic pressure will keep the water in the loop.

it depends on the res something like a micro res will keep air from getting back into the loop, because of the baffles and how both inlet and outlet have access to the same body of water, the res like the one shown here doesn't meaning he'll need to do what countless other modder have done to keep air out of the look, if you don't believe me, search for "waterfall res" here, and you'll find that i'm right on this one, it's not nice to make daft posts about things you clearly know nothing about

I would have the res, and then a colored piece for in front of it to cover up all the unwanted parts and give it more of a design instead of just clear with water. Get what I'm suggesting?
