I've chosen this one http://www.kilobaitas.lt/Ausintuvai/..._391&ID=389115

Or this better
http://www.kilobaitas.lt/Ausintuvai/..._391&ID=391450

What do you think about these?Or you have better offers(say bellow)?
OR i should buy them both?

h100 is definitely going to be better, 240rad>120 rad always. I think the h100 is overkill personally though, I guess it depends what chip you are running and your goals for it. But for anyone that isnt going to invest in a full out liquid cooling system or phase change/ln2 for benching, I dont think the h100 is worth the premium

If you have space for h100 then get it. I have h80, It's a good cooler. It keeps my core temps below 30 and below 60 at full load(prime95 for 20hrs). If you're getting H80 you better get different fan because stock fan on them are real LOUD(same on h100). Also, h80 has some issue with the fan going slow then full speed then back to low. Though, fan controller can fix it.

H100 if you have place to put it on your case. different fan for better cooling and quieter.

or

H80, get different fan unless you don't mind the loudness and you need fan controller to get rid of the fan issue.

No. you'll never need to refill them. Not sure about HAF X since I never seen one in person. I'm pretty sure you have enough space for H100 in it. You could get h100 now and if it doesn't fit, return or sell it and get h80. Or look for the HAF X owners thread and ask them if h100 would fit on your case.
