Thermaltake V3 Black cooling

Hello, i recently bought this rig and what i notice is the sound o gpu cooler, when im playing bf3 it gets to ~70C and coolers starts to work really loud, so my question is if i add aditional coolers will it get noticeably quieter?

adding 2 more fans would help too

top front as intake, top rear as exhaust


and cable management, zip ties and velcro straps can do wonders for airflow
