Your assumption is incorrect, power supplies are rated at output no input, you need to factor in efficiency to calculate your actual power draw.. what specific power supply do you have?

Sorry, your PSU is crap. IN HARDOCP's test the PSU failed when they tried to actually draw 630 watts from it. However it passed the 400 watt test which is most likely what your system would pull.

In other words the PSU should work as mediocre as it is, however avoid overclocking the GPU's and when you gain some extra cash, grab a new PSU that can actually output 650 watts.

Yours? Questionable. Depends on which revision of the GX650 you have, the first ones were garbage.

accorrding to new egg the model number is RS650-ACAAE3-US I will look at the actual PSU here in a minute... I dont have the model number b/c i sent it in for mail-in rebate
