Yeah that's what I thought he meant. Final question that should finalize my decision: Which would be better; 1333mhz 12GB non dual channel or 1600mhz 8GB dual channel.

I wouldn't recommend mixing 1333MHz with 1600MHz RAM, but if they were both 1600MHz with different timings, let's say 8-8-8-24 and the second one was 9-9-9-24 then there would be no problem.

It could give a problem, rarely though

Would it be better for me to purchase 2x4GB 1333mhz ram then? (Sector 5?) Mind you, getting 2x4GB 1333mhz will cost me around 30-40, and I can get the 1600 for 20
