Hey OCN! Title says it all. I found both for about the same price. I do about 70% music 30% gaming. I like metal, drumb and bass, and house. I play games like battlefield 3 and skyrim when it comes out. Which one should i buy guys? i can decide!

If possible, I'd try out something in the Grado line due to your music tastes. I think you'd prefer them to Senns, but know ahead of time that they're not as comfortable, so long gaming sessions may rule them out. They're also a better matchup for sound cards since they're quite a bit more efficient.

I would recommend the Senns if you have to choose between those two, but i would go to a guitar center or a similar store and try out multiples pairs

Most of your genres as well as gaming would suit the Ultrasone better. Grados aren't suited to gaming because of small sound stage. I have also owned an HD595 and would definitely recommend the Ultrasone over it.

Thanks a lot for the input guys! As of now I'm prolly gona go with the ultrasones. I have also read that the ultrasones are very durable which is big for me cuz I take them everywhere. And ya I sometimes game for 15 hours straight so comfort is a must. I'm still open though if anyone still thinks I should go senns over ultrasones!

mmmmm...some people do have comfort issues with Ultrasones. Just be aware of that.
