Hello,

I'm yourboyvic. I'm here because I build computers and I'm going to use OCN to learn how to test water cooling loops and install loops properly.

Particular to that I'm undecided between:

reservoir > pump > water block > radiator

OR

reservoir > pump > radiator > water block

It seems obvious that I would want it to pass through the radiator after it is heated up coming out of the water block because passing it through radiator after the pump will not 'cool' it much more than the ambient temp in the reservoir... but what do I know? I know that it is the first thing I'll test when I'm testing my loops.

If you can point me to something I will gladly read it/research it myself.

I'm happy to be a part of this community.

I live in SF, CA where I sell cars and dj dance music. If there is any way I can help build you a computer or sell you a car or find you some good music I will.

Thanks!

Welcome to OCN!

First thing would be that talking about hackintoshes is kind of frowned upon here. You might want to avoid that.

Secondly just ask the watercooling section about WC stuff.

Always nice to see new members

All I read was that you're here to build computer components together and learn to water cool better. Let's just leave it at that!
