Open Box Jamo S606hcs3 5.0 Speakers From Vanns

Just wondering if anyone here has ever bought anything from Vann's and if so how the packaging is. I am look at the Jamo S606hcs3 for 312 USD open box though (w/ some slight cosmetic damages) Yeah I actually ordered them, then i saw the S606hcs3 for 312 USD open box though (w/ some slight cosmetic damages)

I called the rep, he told me that i could return them if they are bad and that the open box is still covered by their warranty just as if it was new. I don't know if i made the right decision but I was like **** it so I got the open box 606. (the towers have side woofers so i figured it would help with the mid range)

Is this worth the risk or should I go for a new HC 506 set? I don't know if these guys normally have christmas sales

I would say it depends how bad the damage is. Exactly what is the damage? Any pics? I guess you have to decide if its worth the money you saved.

Those are nice speakers btw.

Vanns is a legit company and I've never had any issues buying from them. I haven't bought anything open box before but if you're able to return it then I guess there's no worries.

I decided not to go for it. Imma wait till BF to see if the new sets drop to 350ish, I googled the set and sale and earlier in october they went for 381USD. Right now their ebay store sells em for 400 bucks but still not gonna buy it, especiallt when I don't have the HT-RC370 reciever yet which I'm hoping goes down to 400 bucks again
