looking to sli 480's on axp's and a water cooled 2500k(rs360)... which will OC better (im thinking the GB maybe because of the phases, but could obviously be wrong) just looking for advice/feedback especially if you've owned either of the boards... looking to purchase within an hour btw

so here's the UD4

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128478

Flip a coin. Asrock is the flavor of the month, Gigabyte is not as popular for the 1155 boards. Gigabyte has a better warranty. I'd lean towards the AsRock.

Just got an ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 to replace my MSI P67-GD65 and I couldn't be happier. I haven't been able to spend a lot of time with it, but I couldn't be happier. Lot of nice features in the bios and rock solid, so far.

P67 Extreme4G3 over the P67-UD4...In this scenario, ASRock is giving you much more for the cost

Why get a Honda when you can get a BMW for almost the same price?

I think many shy away from asrock because they were asus's entry level board's. Asrock since leaving asus's hip has made great strides and major improvements. This board is also my first ever asrock board and MC Loving it!

They are $10 apart on the Egg right now, I'm going to go with 'flip a coin'. Or, if you're into case mods and a pretty interior, pick the one that matches your other components/sleeving/etc best.

I have always had great luck with asrock boards. Also with the asrock having more features its a complete shoe in.
