Connecting PC Headphones to Xbox 360?

Thread Starter
So I was browsing around for specific gaming headsets for the xbox 360 and I've read up posts on people using their PC headphones + clip on mic for their consoles.

I have a pair of Audio Technica A900's and Zalman clip-on mic - what do I need to make this work with my xbox?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use this, which I'm pretty sure it came with my 360. On the back it says "Xbox 360 Audio Adapter" and the UPC thing is X808221-001

It plugs into the back near the HDMI port. Then that little gold thing I picked up at Radioshack or something, it just converts the male cable to female. Standard 3.5mm jack, then you can use your headphones or whatever. Not sure on the mic though.

Thanks I'll look into that.

I need something for the mic as well. Need to call out my enemies when I see them biggrin.gif
