it's only ddr2 but at least it has 128bit bandwith but, only 32 pipelines witch hurts.

this has faster memory at lower bandwith but, it has more pixle pipelines IE: it's a newer, faster, more balanced card and it's cheaper. even if it has 512mb ram but, anything that is gonna use 1gb would run like crap on such a system.

Edit: plus zotac is better known brand than jaton.
