PSU is miles over spec'ed. a 600w would be fine for that rig

I'd probably drop a bit less on the PSU and go with a GTX560ti SLi setup. Also, i'd probably go with the CM212 hyper just to make the hole in your pocket a bit smaller.

I'd go for a Corsair H60 / H70 CPU Watercooler instead of that Noctua. Also that memory you have selected....I have it and its OK but i would go for 1600mhz if you can. The memory in your list at the moment is useless at overclocking...highest stable I can get is 1376mhz @ 9-8-8-24

If you're going SLi then it'll be fine, It's not as good as the D14 at all, but I was trying to save money for the SLi setup.

You would get alot more replys under the Intel section.

That being said I would go for Corsairs water cooling H80. Heck the H50 keep my 2600K under 60C folding.

Would go with these fans. 19DBa and 69CFM way better cfm and only a couple db diff.

Personally, I'd opt for crossfire HD 6870s for $300, instead of SLI GTX 570s for $700 - 800.

http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon...irex-review/13

That saved $400 - 500 can be put to better use else where.

Also, no clue where you're from, but I have to assume not the US, since you're not using Newegg.

better to take single HD 6970 that would be more than enough for all your tasks instead of GTX 570Sli

The CM 212+ will do just fine up to around a 4.5GHz OC. The D14 might also block some of your RAM slots if you have RAM with taller heatsinks.
