OK, that evap would work awesomely. If anyone knows how the coolant flows through one of these, more people would use them. The sandwich plates do all of the work transferring the thermal load heat to the air-centers. It's a different flow path compared to a regular RAD, but it's job is total efficiency.

Now the things to overcome in the loop.

1.) You will need the Thermochill EC6 coolant with the proper balance of corrosion inhibitors or easily mix up 1/3rd Sierra Propylene Glycol to 2/3rds Distilled Water. Flush after 3 months of use for the first time. Then once a year.

2) You will need to find fans that are capable to push enough air through the evap. In an automotive HVAC system, the evap is the first HEX in the loop. It required a high side pressure flow to work efficiently. Notice I said high pressure and NOT high flow. If you place four 92x38mm sized fans in a fan shroud about two inches away from the evap face, the pressure would be ideal for flow vs one big 140 or two 120 sized fans. Plus, the 92s should be quieter if researched rightly.

Back in the days of the late 90s and 00s, many DIY WCing/OCing people knew this stuff. today, is seems taboo to younger crowd that says to buy a kit or just buy parts in the retail channels.

Not only that, but each one of those wide paths have detented dimples and ridges to pass around to exchange fluid. Much of this is like capillary action in very small paths in the same flow direction usually turning in a zip-zag pattern.
