Cliffs of Dover on 8500 GT + C2D 2.0 Ghz possible?

yea, it's my dad's rig, and of course my rig is 100x better, but he wants it on his big LCD TV which he has it plugged into.

i mean, will it run on 720p at all? I mean, the last il-2 sturmovik 1946 ran 60 FPS, but thats because the engine was old as hell, from 2001.

So yea, he's like, "It's not that old, it'll work!" despite what we know. When it comes to computers, parts have virtually no value after a few years, unlike his sexy M16 rifle in real life.

I am fairly certain his computer will show its age with this game. Sometimes its just not a matter of turning down all the settings, its just seems a little too weak. Note that the 8500 isn't even listed, albeit it has 512+Mb Vram.
