It'll be a nice upgrade, for sure. Esp. after OC'ing ... 465 has a TON of OC'ing headroom, and the OC scaling is excellent. I suppose how good a value it is depends somewhat on how much you wanted to own MW3 ... tough to sell games for full retail so it's probably more like trading $45 rather than $60. IMHO a 465 is well worth a 450+$40 (counting the 5 you got back)

steam gift not a retail package and i dont want MW3 at all, i was gonna pay 55 via paypal but my CC isnt being accepted on paypal so i used it to buy MW3 and gifted it instead which they agreed on and it was there idea

opps i forgot i had a 430W psu not a 600W lol, so i bought an Antec Eco Neo 520 i hope i made the right choice cause i dont think my Earth Watts 430 will power this rig lol
