I bet you didn't even read. But anyway, anyone could of guess it would highly improbable to achieve clocks that high on a G80 without voltmods or watercooling or something

40FPS avg on 1680x1050. Might have a golden card, lol.

You should be getting more then that, 275's in SLI are roughly the equivalent of a 570 or so. Looks like your being bottle necked but something, whats your cpu?

Could be.
Do you watch your loads in game? I'm assuming your gpu is at 99% pretty much constantly, but what does your cpu load look like? I really doubt the cpu is bottle necking it.

my cpu load stays around 60 %
but i've noticed both of my gfx cards dont go over 80 % according to evga precision even during demanding scense and i recieve significant fps drop.
could my ram be causing any form of bottleneck?
it's kingston DDR3 1333
runnning at 1200 8-8-8-22
Although i have a hunch that it's a driver issue

Fallen when i disable sli i get much smoother and better performance so i think it's definately a driver issue.
That being said i get about 30-40 fps on a single gtx 275 all settings on ultra @ 1920x1200 no AA
