This is my current plan to upgrade

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233
GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161372
CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072
MOBO - ?

These are the parts I have, and will not upgrade
Ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277
PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006
HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148395

I plan to use this computer to mostly play BF3. For the mobo, I only plan to (slight chance) use SSD, and 6.0gb/s hardrives, and Crossfire. My budget for a MOBO is at $115

Can someone please suggest me the best bang for my buck MOBO around $115?

It's $10 over your given budget, but it's definitely worth it.

I would say use a sapphire gpu... they're easier to flash to a 6970
the asrock extreme3 is a great board for around 120

$20 over your budget.

Newegg.com - ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I would actually spend more than $115 for a motherboard. Motherboards are an essential part of a build; think of it as your brain. Without it, nothing would be connected to each other, and also take into consideration the reliability of it.

The Z68 does not have many advantages, unless you will be using the integrated graphics on your processor or having SSD caching.

Z68 would be the leader of the pack - the main difference is SSD caching and built-in RAID. It overclocks just as nicely as the other two tongue.gif

The Extreme3 has PCI-E 3.0 whereas the ASUS P8P67 does not, just fyi thumb.gif

Which Sapphire which you recommend? I think there was like 3 of them on Newegg.

So you're saying I should just stick to a p68 because I wont be using integrated graphics or the ssd caching?

There's no reason to not go with a Z68. Most of them have PCI-E 3.0, which will be useful in the future should you decide to upgrade to a GPU that uses it without having to buy a brand new motherboard redface.gif
